method
- 1 Beat butter and sugar in bowl until creamy.
- 2 Beat in pumpkin, eggs, and vanilla until blended.
- 3 Gradually beat in flour and other dry ingredients other than the chocolate chips being careful not to over mix.
- 4 Stir in chocolate chips.
- 5 Place dough onto pans by large spoonfuls, packing closely together as cookies don't spread much.
- 6 Bake in 375° F oven for 15 minutes, or until edges of cookies are golden brown.
- 7 Allow cookies to cool on pan for two minutes before moving to wire wrack to cool.
