Hot Fudge Sundae

Cook 3 minutes stirring constantly:
3/4 oz (1 1/2 squares) unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup water

Add:
1/3 cup sugar
pinch salt
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

Set over a double boiler and cook 15 minutes.

Add:
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
