Swedish Sugar Cookies Cream: 1- 3 oz pkg. creamcheese 1 cup butter 1 cup sugar Add: 1 egg yolk (Cheryl uses a whole egg) 1tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. almond extract Mix in: 1/2 tsp. salt 2 1/2 cups flour - sifted Roll into small balss; flatten with a fork, sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are slightly brown.
